Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Reporting Cloud Specialist with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions, including Financial Analytics for Oracle Cloud (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud Service (OACS), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle BI Cloud Connector (BICC). The candidate should have a strong background in Oracle Cloud technologies and a proven track record of delivering successful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions tailored to meet business requirements, including FAW, OACS, OTBI, and BICC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle Reporting Cloud applications to align with business needs and best practices.
• Develop and maintain data models, metadata, and data visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud tools.
• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for various business functions, such as finance, sales, HR, and operations.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and accuracy.
• Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Reporting Cloud solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and industry trends to propose innovative reporting solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to integrate Oracle Reporting Cloud with other systems and applications.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing multiple reporting projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud technologies, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including FAW, OACS, OTBI, and BICC.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Analytics Cloud) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
