we are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Functional PPM Consultant specializing in project costing and billing within a manufacturing environment to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As an Oracle Cloud Functional PPM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, with a primary focus on project costing and billing functionalities tailored to the unique requirements of manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configure Oracle Cloud solutions, and provide expert guidance to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to project costing and billing in a manufacturing environment.
    • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand existing processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  2. Solution Design and Configuration:

    • Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and related components, to meet specific business needs.
    • Customize workflows, templates, and reports to streamline project costing and billing processes.
    • Collaborate with technical teams as needed to integrate Oracle Cloud PPM with other enterprise systems.
  3. Implementation and Testing:

    • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM modules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    • Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to validate functionality and identify potential issues.
    • Provide user training and support during the rollout of new features and functionalities.
  4. Post-Implementation Support and Optimization:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for project costing and billing within Oracle Cloud PPM, offering ongoing support to end-users and addressing system-related queries and issues.
    • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
    • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements and best practices.
  5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

    • Document configuration decisions, processes, and procedures to maintain comprehensive system documentation.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and workshops to empower users and stakeholders with the necessary skills and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience10 years as a functional consultant or business analyst, specializing in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of project costing and billing processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and related functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) preferred.
